1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Fundified ("Fundified", "we", "us"). By accessing our website, submitting a form, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. What Fundified is (and isn't)

Fundified is a marketplace and matching platform for real estate investors, borrowers, and third-party lenders. Fundified is not a lender. Any loan, term sheet, or funding offer is issued by an independent third-party lender or capital partner and is subject to their own underwriting, documentation, and approval.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into contracts, and the information you submit must be truthful, accurate, and your own. Business-purpose funding is offered only for lawful commercial real estate and business activities.

4. Submissions and communications

When you submit a form, apply for funding, or opt in to be contacted, you agree that Fundified and its funding partners may contact you by email, phone, or SMS about your inquiry, your application, and related services. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to text messages or emailing us at consulting@truparadis.com.

5. No guarantee of funding or results

Approval, loan amounts, timelines (including "50 in 5" and "100 in 10" expedited programs), rates, and terms depend on the specific deal, applicant qualifications, and third-party lender criteria. Nothing on this site is a commitment to lend, and past outcomes do not guarantee future results.

6. Joint venture & partnership deals

"Partner with us" and joint venture arrangements are subject to a separate written agreement, deal-specific underwriting, and our buy-box criteria. Descriptions on this site are for informational purposes only and are not an offer, promise, or binding commitment.

7. No professional advice

Content on this site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. You are responsible for consulting your own qualified advisors before making any financial decision.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the services, including by submitting false information, scraping, reverse-engineering, interfering with the platform's operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual property

The Fundified name, logo, site content, and software are owned by Fundified or its licensors and are protected by applicable IP laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the site for its intended purpose.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fundified is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising out of your use of the services.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
